OUR CHARTER POLICIES

WEATHER:
Weather conditions are inherently unpredictable, and while the Captain cannot guarantee a 100% accurate forecast, they will engage in a discussion with you regarding alternative charter options of equal value in the event that weather interferes with your planned charter. For instance, if high wind speeds pose a risk to an offshore charter by potentially causing vessel capsizing, reducing fishing productivity, and compromising overall enjoyment, the Captain may suggest switching to a bay charter of equal duration. For refund policies, kindly refer to the "Trip Details" section specific to each charter.

Passengers:
Our vessels adhere to a legal limit of 4-6 passengers, irrespective of their activities such as fishing, observing, filming, or sunbathing. This restriction is based on licensing regulations. If you plan to bring more than 6 passengers, please contact us promptly so that we can explore suitable options for accommodating larger groups.

Sunscreen:
While sunscreen is essential for sun protection during day charters, we do not permit the use of spray-on sunscreen on our vessels. This type of sunscreen can rub off on equipment and seats, resulting in stains that are both costly and challenging to clean or repair. Please use regular sunscreen, and if needed, inquire with the Captain, as we often have sunscreen available onboard.

Before You Arrive:
Feel free to bring your own food and drinks, keeping in mind that we have coolers onboard. If you're considering bringing a large cooler for your beverages, reach out to us in advance, and we can assist in managing the excess cargo on the vessel. While we provide water for passengers, the responsibility for snacks or meals, considering allergies and dietary preferences, rests with the passengers.
